School Holiday  Activities

New Friendship Farm!

We've been busy, building a new walk-in  enclosure for the kids, with lots of bunnies, chickens, and ducks.

Those big fat pigs are still here, and so are those friendly goats - (sometimes too enthusiastic when the feed comes out - but  always  very cute).

The Farm is open 9am to 5pm. Cost is $ 6 adult, $5 per child with a cup of feed or $20 per family.

All the kids love the pony rides, and we have lots of ponies to go around.

30 minute Family Farm Rides are available each afternoon from 3pm, limited vacancies though, so book early.

Costs are $10 - for 10 min

The mini ATV Quad bikes have been a hit with  kids. Designed to go around  a formed track these bikes give kids 5-14yrs a real thrill.

Cost is $15 10 min and $30 - 20 min

(Limited available though)

The calves are adorable, we had 5 new calves this year!

The pony rides are popular and kids have their favorites

Collecting chooks eggs is always a treat

Everyone loves the friendship farm animals

HORSE RIDING

Our trails are looking superb this year with all that lovely spring rain, and there is over 25klms of spectacular trails on this unique 2000 acre property.

The one hour Wilderness ride  is $45 per rider  and the 2 hour Valley View ride is $ 85 per rider.

Both one and two hour rides  leave at 9 and 11am and 1pm and 3pm.

Who is watching who?

Adventure Rides

The Coxs Canyon lookout ride still our most popular ride costing $100 per rider. This is the ultimate centre in horse riding with extensive scenery down over the river and up to the majestic cliffs. The Morning ride  leaves at 9am and the Afternoon ride at 1pm, each ride lasting 3 hours.

 Adventure Rides

The Cox's  River Day Ride is great this time of the year and a chance to stop and have a dip in one of the deep pools in the river.  2klms of this rugged river winds through our largest property - the Shenandoah. Massive boulders of granite have been worn away over millions of years by this river whose crystal clear waters  flows down to the Warragamba Dam. This ride has 5 hours on horseback.  $165 per rider

 Aussie Jackaroo Fun

Experience life as an Australian Jackaroo or Jillaroo. Learn how to ride a horse, muster the cattle, work with the sheep and cattle, and crack a stock whip!  The package suits all levels of riding experience.

The Programme costs just $895 for  5 days Jackaroo Course/ 2 days Blue Mountains sightseeing

4WD Coxs River Explorer Tour

We also have 4WD tours down to the river for those who don't want to ride the horses.

The best way to  do one of our eco tours is by our luxury 4WD vehicles to the Cox River. One hour tour costs $60 per person

After a great ride, relax under the willows with a cold glass of beer or wine and a gourmet cheese platter. .just  $10 per person.. Unwind and  enjoy the way life was meant to be.....
